Delhi is a city of contradictions - where street food and Sunday lunches coexist, where beautiful chaos meets even more beautiful warmth, and where spices passed down through generations evolve in every kitchen they touch.

This is our invitation to taste a city through the food we grew up with.

About the Evening

For our first supper club, we're sharing the Delhi that lives in our hearts and our kitchens, the one where tradition isn't rigid but grows with us, and where every dish tells a story, whether it feels familiar or brand new to you.

Expect flavors that surprise you and spices that speak for themselves. This is an evening where nostalgia and creativity sit at the same table, and every course is made with love.

The Menu

We'll be serving a five-course tasting menu that takes you through the heart of Delhi:

• Welcome bite – Street-style chaat to awaken your palate
• First course – A refined appetizer that bridges tradition and innovation
• Second course – A warming dal-based dish that tells the story of home cooking
• Main course – Our take on a celebratory family recipe, served with handmade breads
• Dessert – A nostalgic sweet with an unexpected twist
• Closing drink – A secret Delhi specialty to end the night (trust us on this one)

Each course will be introduced with the stories and memories that inspired it.

Drinks

This is an alcohol-free evening. Complementary beverages will be served throughout the meal to pair with each course.
